  • Villas designed by top Cyprus architects

Acclaimed Cypriot architects Modinos and Vrachimis designed Paradise Cove villas. Their aim was to bring the best aspects of the sea and sky right into the midst of the villas’ design. The result is a stunning use of space and clever incorporation of the Cyprus sea views in each of the 10 luxury villas set along the Paphos beachfront.

Paradise Cove villas are all beautifully designed and located. The only question that remains is: which one will you choose? The modern villas are carefully finished with natural stone cladding. They also all have floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to enhance the sea views. Some are designed for family groups, others for couples seeking a great Paphos holiday. All have pools and terraces – and you can even stay in a villa that has its own lawned garden.

Cyprus is a friendly, sunny island. Make the most of it with a stay at Paradise Cove villas. Get away from the crowds and chill out with a drink on your private terrace. Cool off in the individual pool that comes as standard with each villa. Warm natural stone and landscaped grounds create a mood that is all about pure indulgence of the senses.
Paradise Cove

Location

This is one of the most attractive and least developed stretches of coastline in Paphos, thanks to its proximity to the historically important Paphos mosaics, some of the best-preserved Roman remains in Europe. Paradise Cove’s spectacular location near to this heritage site guarantees an unobstructed view of the coast as it has been for centuries. The antiquities site has many acres of land with indigenous plants and birds.

Yet amazingly, all of the amenities of Paphos are within easy reach of Paradise Cove Villas. It is an easy walk to a choice of great beaches, while a short stroll along stunning new boardwalk brings visitors to the restaurants and shops of Paphos Harbour. The villas benefit from excellent transport links along the coast towards the sandy beaches of Coral Bay and attractions such as the Paphos Bird Park.

Testimonials

We stayed at the Paradise Cove Apartments for 2 nights while attending my brother’s wedding. We stayed in the Cerulean apartment which has one bedroom and 2 pull out leather sofa beds. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully kitted out and the pool area was great. There is a small beach bar run by the owners which is a nice touch. Apartment details – The apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite (shower and basin) and 2 single beds that can’t be pushed together. The room has a large patio door that leads to the pool area. The room is separately air conditioned. A hair dryer is included. The lounge/dining area has a big table with 4 chairs, a comfy leather sofa with pull out beds, large flat screen TV, digital telly, a PlayStation 3 and is also air conditioned. The kitchen has an oven, grill, hob, fridge/freezer, tea maker, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of glasses and kitchen ware. There is a washing machine and ironing board. There is a separate guest toilet. The pool area has a decent size pool, 4 loungers, 2 parasols, and an outdoor table and chairs. There is also a decent size BBQ that is free to use. All apartments have good fast Wi-Fi throughout. Location – The location is very good. You can see the sea from the apartment and is a 1 min walk down to the coast. The beach is a bit further away at maybe 5mins max. The walk to Paphos Harbour is around 25-35 minutes depending on your speed. The Tomb of the Kings road has multiple bars and restaurants and is within about a 5 minute walk. There are supermarkets here as well. Overall I would highly recommend the apartment and would happily return

My partner and i stayed for 2 weeks in the villa marine . From the welcome pack right through to our return taxi back to the airport the service and welcome from both the family onsite and the thomson concierge was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble from the friendly pool guy to the always smiling cleaner. Whilst on our stay we had requested if we could use our villa for our wedding reception . The family said this would be no trouble at all which helped make our day even more special . Even down to the owner actually delivering a bottle of champagne on our wedding morning . All we can say is if you decide to book just one villa holiday to Paphos then make this complex your base as they will not disappoint .

Sitting at the airport in Paphos after two great weeks staying at the villas. We stayed in the two bedroom Aqua. Right next to the archaeological park the villas are walking distance into Paphos and in a quiet area off The Kings Road. Villas are modern, well equipped and cleaned regularly, the grounds are also well maintained and Atonis and the team really make an effort to look after you and ensure your stay is great. With three children we decided to heat the pool, not cheap but Antonis explained the costs and we understood. Plenty to do in Paphos, not the best beaches but that has little to do with the villa. If you want a nice, quiet, tidy and well maintained base to explore Paphos region, this is a great choice. Good holiday, many thanks.

Just returned from 9 days in Villa Periwinkle, what a lovely time we had. Private pool and excellent barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Very luxurious, owners very helpful. This is a small development next to Kefalos Beach Village and the Elysium hotel. The 2 largest villas are directly on the sea front, we were on the second row but still had a very good view of the sea. Great location away from Tomb of the Kings Road, great walk to the Harbour for all the restaurants and near to Elysium for a great meal too. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended - we look forward to returning next year.

My wife and I made a last minute decision to go to Cyprus as it was so late in the summer and by location Cyprus looked to be the warmest of the Islands in and around Greece. We had decided on this trip to try an apartment because we were starting to find hotel rooms too small and difficult to relax in for a few hours unless you choose a suite, which became very expensive. Paridise Cove villas are brand new and they are in a newly developed area of Pafos. The location is a 20/30 minute walk along a board walk (depending on the heat) to the main Port or a 10 minute car/scooter trip, the board walk goes on for almost 10Km along the ocean and is very beautiful. On the other side of the Port are the more established hotels/beaches of Pafos and they are for the most part quite beautiful. Cyprus tends to have more modern architecture than the Greek Islands for its hotels, however they still retain the Mediterranean feel about them. We preferred to eat at the Port or these more modern hotel locations. The Villas at Paradise Cove cannot be faulted, the pictures on their website are exactly as they look when you get there. A 1 bedroom villa (110m2) which we stayed in had 2 bathrooms, a lounge and the bedroom plus a large plunge/lap pool, allowing you to enjoy the villa or walk 100m to the ocean, although we could see the ocean from our villa. Some of the villas are right on the board walk, which is 30m from the ocean. Without doubt they would be the best apartments we have ever stayed in and the owners are just delighful and very warm and friendly. We would highly recommend their villas if you want privacy and to be a little bit away from the main stream locations of Pafos. Our assesment is that in 2 seasons this newly developed stretch of ocean front will be fully matured and then these units would be the pick of Pafos accomadition regardless on which side of the Port you prefer. Already there are 2 to 3 newly built 5 star hotels in the same location that re simply gorgeous.

We have just stayed a week in http://www.paradisecovecyprus.com/. The villa was everything the website promised! Very spatious, brand new, clean, nearby the sea (30 mtr), equipped with everything you need, f.i. a dishwasher, washing machine, AC everywhere, flatscreens, PS3, sat-tv, a fully equipped kitchen, a large regularly cleaned pool, plenty of towels, nice bathrooms... In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, busstops,... all just a 3 minutes stroll away. The famous harbour for dining at night, the town centre for shopping, sight-seeing (f.i.archeological sites) are all within walkable reach, or just 5 minutes on a cheap yet comfortable busride (1€/adult) away. Andreas, the manager of the place is a very helpfull and warm person who respects the privacy needed on a holiday. We have been to lots of different and nice places (f.i. Luxor hotel in Las Vegas) but this tops them all. Highly recommendable! Stayed August 2012, traveled with family

New modern villas in a quiet area near busy Paphos. Amazed at how quiet it was here. We stayed in the unit called Turquoise. It is across the street from the beach. Has nice view and has its own pool. 2 bedroom with kitchen and living room. If you enjoy lounging by the pool and a restful vacation this is a great place to stay. We will be back.
